Returns & Exchange Policy

Because we travel to various events and hand-embellish every item, our return policy is as follows:
•In-Person Inspections: We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their one-of-a-kind items at the time of purchase at our events.
•Returns & Exchanges: Due to the artisan nature of our products and our mobile business model, all sales are final. However, if you discover a structural defect in your item within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at our official email address with a photo of the issue.
•Care Instructions: Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by improper cleaning. Please follow our Caring For Your Cork guide, which recommends using a damp microfiber cloth with clear dish soap and applying cork conditioner 1-2 times a year.
•One-of-a-Kind Items: Since products are hand-embellished, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement for an exchange; we will work with you to find a similar alternative of equal value.
•This policy applies to the handbag or accessory only. It does not apply to the complimentary embellishments.
